Matt Brimmer
Matt brings over two decades of experience leading finance and analytics functions across large enterprises and high-growth, private equity–backed companies. He holds graduate degrees from Northwestern University and UC Berkeley, with training spanning engineering, finance, and business. His work has focused on building FP&A infrastructure, developing AI-enabled decision systems, and advising leadership teams on performance improvement and growth strategy. Clients working with Matt get a practitioner who has operated inside the same complexity they're navigating — and built the systems to manage it.
Jessica Brimmer
Jessica’s background spans hedge fund accounting and corporate finance across aviation, retail, and pharmaceuticals. She brings rigorous financial reporting discipline to every engagement and combines it with hands-on experience supporting operations in fast-moving, high-accountability environments. Her cross-industry perspective allows her to quickly identify what is essential in a client’s financials and what is simply noise. Jessica leads client financial work with the same standards she applied in institutional and private equity-backed settings.
